I am afraid we only produce shaped frames using the profiles we stock. The reason for this is that we have all the correct tooling for each individual profile we carry allowing a machine finish on all frames as we do not hand scribe anything. Machine finishing everything is why we can get your frames to you so quick and with such an amazing finish.

You can fax or email over your requirements one of our Quotation / Order forms that can be downloaded from our Downloads page . This is our preferred method as this ensures we gain all the correct information we require to give you the most accurate quote.

We do if required although we are not the cheapest with it due to the small volumes we buy. We are happy to sort the glass out for you as long as it works in with our delivery run and your not after a “Drive thru” service. Our Low E product is Planitherm. Please call to find out if your area is covered. Its worth noting that for many designs we are able to give glass sizes at point of order for many designs, anything we would provide glass templates. This is useful if you wish to keep the glass type and spacer bar the same throughout your installation.

Yes we do and this is an area we pride ourselves on for most areas of the UK. We travel down to the southern most points of Cornwall up to Perth in Scotland. In some parts we will use a carrier service for small frames such as Circles & Semi-Circles etc. If we are supplying glass then this will definitely be delivered on our own transport.

We specialize in Conservatory Gable Frames & Conservatory Raked end frames. Other Shaped frames we manufacture are Arched Doors , Circular Windows , True Arches , Full Gothic Arches , Half Gothic Arches , Polygons , Semi-Circles , Square frame designs and various Other Curve designs.

Yes we can and pride ourselves on being the best in the business at this. We can weld down as low as 17.5 degrees depending on the outer frame used. Alternatively we can do pretty much any size upstand aswell. Have a quick look at our Welding Gallery page for some examples of what we can do.

Certain profile sections however allow us to bend down to smaller sizes than others. For instance in you wanted a Circular Window below 600mm in diameter we would need to specify Rehau S706 Profile. We will always try to work with your preferred profile where possible, however Profile Bending limitations do not always permit this. Its also worth noting that we do stock 590mm & 600mm Fixed Circular Windows in Rehau S706 Profile. We also sometimes have these in stock as Opening Circular Windows at these sizes too.

Our standard lead time is 10-14 working days, however we will always try to sort out the occasional “Rush Job” and always help out where we can. In many cases we deliver before the estimated delivery date. Arched Doors with Curved sashes have a longer lead time due to the nature of their manufacture and can often be 8-12 weeks depending on the time of the year.

Payment will be required at point of order until a successful trading relationship is built up. Our preferred method of payment is by BACS, however we are able to take credit / debit card or cheque payments. Its worth noting that if payment is by cheque, then goods will not be despatched until satisfactory bank clearance
